Conferences in the heart of exhibition

An essential supplement for visitors, plenary sessions and workshops will take place in the heart of the exhibition and pool many practitioners. Themes will be determined by a high-level Scientific Committee including researchers, manufacturers, and experts. This year the Committee will be chaired by Louise Guerre, chairwoman and CEO of the Serda-Archimag Group. The 2010 conferences will be characterised by increased opening up to international players and new professional audiences around the main theme: "Information and Digital: A time for choosing".

The strategic vision of segment leaders, and testimonials and forward-looking analyses by international experts around information and knowledge issues :

  • How to build up knowledge and a universal memory accessible to all?
  • How to retain control of one’s digital identity?
  • How to increase corporate performance and rely on quality information for deciding, monitoring, and gaining competitiveness ?
  • How to generate added value, and organise sharing and collaborative efforts?

Workshops

In order to meet i-expo delegates’ demand, the 2010 workshops shall be eligible to continuing education. The workshops will offer methods, state of the art, experience feedback, and benchmarking with other countries. Recognised practitioners will contribute to the 3-hour sessions (with an admission charge), and coffee breaks will further exchanges. Among the themes that will be addressed: corporate intelligence, real-time watch, ERMSs, multimedia search engines, internal social networks etc.
